All testing is processed through accredited Australian pathology laboratories, operating to the same clinical standards used across Australia’s healthcare system, including hospitals, specialist clinics, and general practice.
Biolume’s interpretation framework has been developed by our medical advisory board spanning Sydney, New York, Singapore, and Switzerland, and reviewed alongside qualified clinicians.
If a result falls within a critical range, it is surfaced immediately with clear guidance on recommended next steps, including when to contact your GP or seek urgent medical care. Important findings are never buried inside a dashboard.
Biolume operates under strict data handling and privacy protocols in line with Australian Privacy Act requirements. Your health data remains private, secure, and under your control, and is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.
